Maisha approached us to create a comprehensive brand for her upcoming book tour and website. With the release of her book, "Journey to I" she was interested in developing an online community encouraging exploration of female empowerment after devastating life events. The somber and challenging subject matter her clients would wrestle with required a duality between light and darkness with an ultimate emergence to positivity. We achieved this through the creation of the "third eye/lighthouse" symbol mark (a nod to using one's intuition to find enlightenment) and the gradient from dark to light in her flowing word mark.
